Many of the scenes in Midget Mania 1 feature little people and fat ladies paired up in a wrestling ring, with plenty of pre-match fabricated fury. The most amusing set-up pits tiny Twigget against enormous Zazie. Another highlight is a nomination-worthy Most Outrageous scenario between Trinity Maxx and Nikko Soprano. Maxx's boyfriend Johnny Packwood finds a gargoyle dressed in black club-wear (Soprano) while he's out hiking, and decides it's an appropriate gift for his girl - and a butt-slappin' gargoyle doggie soon follows.
