Your prices are very low. Does this mean that your dvds are pirate copies?
Absolutely not! We only sell original dvds complete with original colour covers and cases. Our prices are low because we take a lower profit margin than many other suppliers.
Are all your dvds full hardcore?
Yes! We do not sell any softcore dvds at all. All our dvds show full sex acts, with visible cumshots, full penetration, and so on. Even the dvds certified R18 by the UK BBFC are full hardcore dvds and suitable for persons over the age of 18 only. The full cover picture of every dvd we sell is available to view on this site, and the full cover will usually leave you in no doubt as to the type of hard sex action on the dvd.
Is delivery discreet and is ordering confidential?
Yes. We send your dvds in packaging that does not indicate the contents, and the words "porn" or "adult dvd" does not appear anywhere on that packaging. Your credit card is charged in our company name of MC SIMPLY THE BEST or SIMPLY THE BEST, SPAIN and not in the name of our website - this ensures that simplyporndvd.com does not appear on your bank or credit card statement. For added discretion, we ship your dvd discs to you in a small jiffy bag separate to your plastic cases and covers.
Do I have to receive the dvd cases and/or covers if I do not want them?
No. We provide an option during the checkout procedure so you can choose if you want the plastic cases and/or the colour covers sending, or whether you just require the dvd discs only for maximum discretion. If you choose "discs only", we despatch in a small jiffy bag which makes it very difficult to identify that the envelope contains dvds.
What are your postage and packing charges?
Delivery is completely FREE to addresses in the United Kingdom, Eire and Europe. Delivery is £2 per dvd to any other country.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we ship to any country in the world.
How do you deliver your orders?
All shipments to United Kingdom addresses are posted from within the UK, and are processed, handled and delivered by Royal Mail. Orders for non-UK orders are sent using international airmail from Spain.
Is delivery guaranteed?
Yes, absolutely.
As you are based in Spain, so I have to pay any Customs fees?
No - not if you live in the UK or within the European Economic Community. We mail all shipments to UK customers from within the UK, so there is no UK Customs involvement. In any case, there are no import fees or duties to pay on any orders or shipments between EEC countries. Customers ordering from outside the EEC may have to pay Customs duties, but our discreet shipping means that this happens only very rarely.
What is your delivery period?
Orders for more than one dvd may arrive in separate shipments, but you should receive your complete order within 7-14 days. However due to occasional delays in the postal system, we ask you to wait 21 days before contacting us about an order that may not have arrived. Please note that we ship your dvd discs in a small jiffy bag separate to your plastic cases and covers. This means that your cases and covers (if requested as part of your order) may arrive a day or two later than your discs.
My order has not arrived after 21 days. What do I do?

Can I pay by Switch, Maestro, Solo or American Express?

Do I have to register on your website to place an order?
No. You can still order without registering. The advantage of registering is that if you place a second order you will not have to fill in your personal details again on the order form during checkout.
Do your dvds play in the USA?
That will depend on your equipment. Some dvds on this website are in the PAL system, although many are in the United States NTSC system. Please refer to the Dvd Format Info section of this website for a full explanation. The format (PAL or NTSC) is given for every dvd on this website in the detailed information for that dvd.
Are all of your items in stock?
At any time 99% of the items on this website are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. Occasionally an item may be out of stock for a short period of time, usually no longer than 7 days. If one item on your order is not in stock, we do not hold despatch of the rest of your order! We ship the items that are in stock to you immediately, and then ship the out of stock item to you at no extra charge as soon as we get supplies.

How do I return a dvd?
We only accept returns if a dvd is faulty or if our packing department has made an error and has sent you the wrong dvd (this only happens very very rarely). If you do receive a faulty or incorrect dvd, please follow the instructions in the Contact Details section.
