This Anna Ventura Collector Series Box Set contains four classic dvds from 1982 to 84 - Society Affairs, That's Outrageous, Hot Dreams and Never Sleep Alone. Society Affair is Harry Reem's show all the way. He is cast as a con-man named Rick who's looking for a quick buck. Along with his old pal Alexis (Veronica Hart), he stumbles upon the perfect scam - he will take the place of a wealthy socialite (Howard Austin) who is about to be married to another socialite, Lillian (Kelly Nichols). Rick and Alexis plan to drug the wimpy Howard for a couple of days, then take off with his wedding gifts - valued at half a million bucks! Alexis manages to wangle an invite to the groom's mansion, where she can set up the switcheroo. However, it just so happens there's a bevy of beautiful guests, relative and servants staying at the palatial mansion for the festivities. Harry, now playing Howard, happens to stumble into many sexual situations during his brief impersonation. That's Outrageous stars Jamie Gillis and Joey Silvera, who play two American photographers in Paris. Jamie portrays both Paul and Phillipe who befriend two stunning Parisian sisters, Michele (Franie Lomay) and Martine (Natasha). You see, Michele doesn't know that Phillipe is romancing Martine - and Martine doesn't know about Michelle screwing around with Paul. Jamie juggles the two sexy sisters until they catch on to the charade. Meanwhile, Joey Silvera has the hots for buxom model Anna Ventura. The film takes a sudden turn when Jamie swings back to New York. It seems he's in a state of melancholy over his fling with the two French dolls. There's a cute, clever conclusion to the tale, that's outrageous. Hot Dreams, directed masterfully by Warren Evans, studies the boundless fantasy life of Lisa Thomas (Sharon Mitchell) who has incredible erotic daydreams at a moment's notice, without warning. The most ordinary everyday situations turn into frantic wet dreams, and the viewer is treated to some of the horniest fantasy action ever. Never Sleep Alone stars Tina Marie who kills her husband, John Leslie, for being a lying, cheating bastard and about how their open swinging marriage goes really wrong. Joey Silvera plays Marie's forbidden fruit and Leslie's best friend and white-hot blonde Joanna Storm plays the neighbour lady who has her cake and eats it whenever the hell she wants. It's all shot in various New York penthouses and swingers clubs and it's a fun mid-eighties time capsule.
