5 Guy Cream Pie 1 is truly entertaining and hot. The concept of it is simple: Five guys all get to shoot their loads inside a girl and the order that they get to fuck her in is determined by what number they pull out of a paper bag. In the first scene with Sharon Wild, it is determined that Jay Ashley gets to go first and last is Brian Surewood.
